Before treatment can be effective, a thorough interview to gather valuable information from different areas of your life must be completed. Getting to know your unique background and patterns throughout your lifespan gives the clinician an idea of how to best serve your needs. An initial treatment plan that highlights the initial pace and type of treatment will give you an idea of how we can best serve you.
Build a trusting, confidential, supportive relationship in which your counselor seeks to understand your feelings and ideas and communicates strategies to empower you to overcome the barriers contributing to your well-being.
Whether it be a romantic partnership, a family loved one, or even a friendship that is worth fighting for, our counselors provide a neutral, supportive environment and utilize their knowledge and expertise in relationship dynamics to evaluate, mediate, and help navigate people back to a harmonious and healthy path.
Those we love the most are oftentimes the ones who stress us out the most. Allow us to observe, understand, and provide the support needed to adapt and grow productively and healthily. Our skilled clinicians can engage your family toward a more unified pathway.
One-on-one counseling can be effective, but there's nothing like having a group of people come together to support one another. There's no need to do it alone. Allow our group facilitators to guide a group of you and your peers with support and purpose. There's no better place to find validation and support from others trying their best to figure it out together. Our groups will never be more than ten people to ensure everyone gets the most from each session.
