Self Pay Rates

Diagnostic Assessment includes a preliminary diagnosis and treatment plan specifying recommendations for intensity of services.

The initial clinical assessment and treatment plan are not included in the price for one individual counseling session.

Payment for treatment plan packages must be paid in full to receive a discounted rate. 

Treatment plan packages include Diagnostic Assessment, and individual, relationship, or family sessions interchangeably.

The treatment span listed above is for reference only, treatment may be extended depending on canceled appointments, and upon progress toward established treatment goals.  

Unused sessions will be credited to the client's profile. Refunds on packages paid in full will be considered based on treatment completion. However, certain circumstances including unplanned discharge against recommended care, will be considered. Note that the discounted rate will still be deducted.
