“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.” — James Baldwin
Marty is a therapist who especially enjoys supporting teens and young adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of who they're becoming. As a Hispanic male therapist, Marty understands how family expectations, masculinity, and unspoken emotions can make it hard to reach out, and how much can change when someone finally feels seen. He creates a warm, affirming space where clients can be honest, feel understood, and explore who they are without pressure. Outside of therapy, Marty is a certified personal trainer who enjoys lifting, anime, video games, music, and time with his significant other.
If you or your teen are ready to take the first step, Marty is currently accepting new clients. Call, text, or check his availability online to schedule a consultation today.
